Self Defense Sessions
While these sessions are offered a couple times a year...
You can help plan one for you and your friends!
All we need is 5 participants minimum...
and you can schedule a wonen's self defense class
with your friends.
This is an excellent program for
businesses where women employees may be put into situations where they may need to be more aware and prepared to defend
themselves.
Fee is $25 per person and includes a kubaton
keychain, handouts and drinks.
